We held a customer service draw Nov 29th and Mr. Jordy Rogers won the TV!!
All service customers were given a ballot and asked to rate the quality of service on a scale of 1-10. This helped us track the CSI for customers as Chrysler no longer has the program. Along with this, we were able to justify issues and regain customers with follow ups.
Mr.Rogers purchased his 2009 Ram 1500 from us this July. He was in last week and ordered accessories from Cap-it when he received the ballot.
