Hey guys, welcome back to Legacy Dodge. It’s Cody here again and I want to show you guys the brand-new 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. It’s got a 6.2L HEMI engine in there that is supercharged.It’s got 650 lb-ft of torque with 707 horsepower.
This vehicle is amazing. If you want to put the camera right in here, it even has a built-in cold air intake. A lot of people are like well that is just a headlight, no no no it’s got a cold air intake built right in there. It’s got 20-inch wheels this year, which is new for the 2017 Challenger. It’s got the Brembo braking system put in it, 6 pistons in the front, 4 in the rear. It’s got everything,these things are meant to drive. These guys, are a track performance car.
Keyless door entry, Hellcat vehicles come with three keys. Two of which are red, one of which is black. These two keys unlock the full 707 horsepower, the black one limits you to about 500 horsepower.
It’s got everything in the back, you can fit all kinds of stuff in here so I want to show you the trunk room. All kinds of room for your golf clubs. Harman/Kardon subwoofers in the back, and it’s got a tire inflator instead of a spare tire.
Let’s take a look at the inside! It’s got a 8.4-inch touchscreen where this is your performance pages so you can customize anything. Right now it is on default 500 horsepower, traction on street, suspension on street. Since we got the red keys we might as well throw it into sport mode and change up the horsepower to 700+. Now, we can go see everything from g-force to our engine power torque and boost pressure.
