I am sending this email in recognition of the remarkable customer service both myself and my girlfriend received from salesman Mr. Stuart Dancey. He made the buying process relaxing and comfortable with no pressure. Myself and my girlfriend both purchased 2014 Ram trucks that had minor deficiencies from the factory and Stu went above and beyond to ensure they were resolved in a timely manor. He also ensured a loaner vehicle for repairs that took more than one day and fixed other small issues the day after they were discovered. He was very friendly and stood behind his promise to make sure any issues we had were taken care of. I would highly recommend Stu to all my friends and family as he has restored my lost faith in the buying and customer service experience of Legacy Dodge.
