How To Use Touchscreen in Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram

Legacy Dodge wants you to get the most out of your investment, including your 8.4” Touch Screen Media Centre which is available in most new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. Stuart Dancey from the Legacy Dodge Internet Department is here to walk you through the process in the helpful video above.

Your radio screen offers three different radio settings on the side: AM, FM, and SiriusXM satellite radio. When you purchase your vehicle, it may come with a full free year subscription! You can tune your radio using the dials or via voice-command. To access voice command, simply press the Voice-Recognition button on the steering wheel and say your command.

The media screen works as a hub to connect you to your various media sources, such as USB, auxiliary, SD card, Bluetooth, or CD. In order to pair your Bluetooth to your media centre, go into your cellphone’s settings menu and turn on your Bluetooth, scan for device, then pair to the media centre. Press accept on the vehicle’s touch screen to complete the pairing. Now you can utilize the hands-free calling function via voice command on your steering wheel, keeping in touch while driving safely.

The media screen also allows you to control the vehicle’s temperature, including your heated steering wheel, mirror dimmer, and more! The media centre can also provide easy access to emergency services, whether it’s directions to the closest service location or the phone number of the emergency service you need.

You can also utilize the media screen for navigation your destination. It allows you to easily input data to provide directions from your location.
